Can You Detox Stress? Genetics, GABA, and Burnout


Another Spoiler (I kinda like them, sorry): Stress itself isn’t the problem. Nope. Stop externalizing. The problem comes from how we PERCEIVE stress (mindset) and then also how your body CLEARS it (genetics).

If you’re constantly feeling wired-but-tired, emotionally fragile, or like you just can’t bounce back after a rough week, it might be time to look at your genes.
